Our country faces so much division right now with economic and foreign affairs uncertainty. It is my firm belief that the only thing that can heal us as a nation is a 16 over 1. Give me LIU over Arizona to heal this nation, so we can all put our FINS UP as one.

Although I spent my morning getting snow off my car, spring sports season is upon us already! We start out with a 3 sport lineup this week. Tuesday: Girls Waterpolo vs HC @ 5PM Wednesday: BoysLax vs Maine South @ 5:30PM Thursday: Girls soccer vs Niles North @ 6:30PM Tune in!!!

What a historic season from these boys. It was amazing to watch this team play today in. This team was everything right about high school sports, selfless players who played for the name on the front of the jersey, and played with heart and hustle. Take a bow players and coaches!

Congrats to York Boys' Basketball on winning the IHSA Sectional! The Dukes will play St. Ignatius in the Super Sectional on Mon. 3/9 at UIC @ 7:30 pm. Tickets will be available for $12 cash in the York Athletic Office on Mon. 3/9. 7:30 am to 3 pm. Tickets can be purchased at UIC.

Tonight was an unforgettable, out-of-body experience. The York Dukes have won their first sectional in 40 years! Tonight was bittersweet as this was my last ever basketball stream, however. But let me just say how much of a pleasure it was to cover this team with these guys.
