We are pleased to announce the receipt of a Purchase Order worth ₹9.38 Crore from Gujarat Gas Limited, further strengthening our position in the City Gas Distribution (CGD) sector. This addition reinforces our growing order book and reflects continued trust in Desco Infratech’s execution capabilities and operational excellence.

We are pleased to share that Desco Infratech Limited has received multiple Letters of Acceptance (LOA), further strengthening our presence across the City Gas Distribution and Energy sectors. These LOAs form part of the L1/L2 bids earlier intimated to the Exchange on 26.09.2025, and align with our update dated 27.10.2025, wherein we had indicated the expected receipt of LOAs aggregating to approximately ₹26 crore. The Company has now received LOAs and Purchase Orders from Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL), Adani Total Gas Ltd, KP Energy Ltd, Sundrops Energia Pvt Ltd, and Antelopus Selan Energy Ltd, reflecting a combined value of over ₹8.08 crore. These awards reaffirm the confidence our clients place in Desco’s execution capabilities and underline our continued commitment to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions across India’s expanding energy landscape. Desco Infratech remains focused on operational excellence, sustainable growth, and creating long-term value for all stakeholders.

Desco Infratech Limited continues to strengthen its financial position with consistent performance across key indicators for H1 FY2025–26. Revenue from Operations stood at ₹4,203.96 lacs, EBITDA of ₹898.89 lacs, reflecting a healthy 21.38% margin, and Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹617.14 lacs.
