A lot of talk on how to reduce token spend and cost. Easiest way is to use cheaper (or if you can local) models. Don't use ie Fable and Opus to do find and replace, iterative adjustments, or silly things like making your docs or commits. Then regularly /clear @ task end.

Why do enterprises not invest in data collection systems? Every time you send your report using Excel. Frustrating 😡 Even the one you are supposed to have access to in the back end. This is an opportunity to take data engineering seriously.

@DesertIsleSQL I think this is something that the presenter should practice the transition between demos and slide shows should be seamless especially during a remote presentation.

@kurtbuhler Wow. I find that reaction shocking. A video game is just an example. That isn't a reason to discount a feature because you don't like the demo. Do you think this is cultural? Wonder if is the same here in the US

Proposed Fabric Apps as a solution to something for a team I met yesterday. One messaged me today he had seen a demo of a game in a fabric app - "I don't think we need vibe coded video games" Why demo data platform features like this lol sends the wrong signals... I get that making these creative projects is fun to show what's possible but emphasize the business value if you're presenting it not what you're clanker can poop out in an hour.
