@WindowsLatest Everyone is burnt out on that Copilot icon and the brand. They need to start over. Bring it back as Cortana or something new. Leave Github Copilot alone - it works quite well. Burn the rest down.

Breaking: Microsoft quietly removes Copilot branding from Notepad and Snipping Tool on Windows 11. Microsoft appears to be doing exactly what it promised after the Windows quality reset. Notepad has now removed Copilot branding and replaced it with a simpler “Writing tools” icon, while Snipping Tool no longer seems to show the Copilot button. AI is still there, but Microsoft is clearly stepping back from plastering Copilot branding across Windows 11. Honestly, this is probably the smarter move, as users were tired of seeing Copilot branding.
