@DesignByMarso@framer Had a question:
Would having 2+ CMS collections hinder people from buying/using a free template since they'd need to get the Pro subscription instead of Basic?
I too want to streamline stuff using CMS but a little hesitant for now
Formix remains my top seller - 100+ sales and counting.
Even after all the big changes in the @framer marketplace, some templates just keep doing their job.
@DesignByMarso@framer I agree. What happens is that the big creators can keep the larger amount while us keeping getting less because of the new distribution
@GabeTognon@framer I'm mainly referring to the market itself. Right now, the same number of buyers have to choose from many more templates, and the money is simply distributed among many more creators. In the end, it's us who lose, not them.
@GabeTognon@framer Well, I think their revenue is even higher. It's just that the same customers are currently choosing from twice as many templates, and the market structure itself is simply dysfunctional.
@jhicks2306@framer For FAQ it also helps with the layout. Instead of the client having to duplicate more faqs items, they are generated by themselves in the main component.
@DesignByMarso@framer Oo FAQ too. I usually leave that thinking users will want some spare CMS items within their subscription. You're right, maybe with how effect AI is with CMS it's time to change.
