Another fantastic project in Birmingham... Lockside Wharf offers unique waterfront, city-centre living, across 61 One to Three bedroom apartments. We are pleased to be working with @DWHicksBuilding delivering stage 4 design on this stunning restoration project.

A first for Birmingham, the Octagon will be a unique 47 storey, 155m, build-to-rent scheme offering a mix of 370 new homes in the first pure octagonal high-rise residential building in the world!
