@rubbercrumbs @autisticnavi Latino is just a marker of where you born. Not a race. We are so mixed that when you say that, you erasing the struggles of black, Asian groups, and of course indigenous people inside Latin America. Also, we aren't a monolith.

if I ever refer to okul as “mother okul” (or anything similar) anytime in the future when talking about teyul as parents it’s not cause I don’t see Okul as nonbinary but it’s a projection I have where they wouldn’t mind that role being assigned to them by their kids
