@Smillew_Rahcuef I'd say contactless payments - it's been a big game changer for me, especially in the pandemic just being able to carry my phone and tap it on a keypad is pretty useful. I don't think it's perfect just yet, but it's moving fast and getting much more accessible to all!

@DesignXperience What's one of your favorite designs?

Most people think design is about making something beautiful, creative and interactive. But the best designs are truly the ones that nobody notices, they are the ones that give us simplicity, ease of use, and control of our actions.

@elyktrix I've done a bit of that lately - 10/10 can highly recommend!

Might pause all side projects, take a break from twitter and just do the whole living life thing for a bit.

@DesignXperience @toddlibby @feather @annaecook @A11YProject @knowbility I’m the opposite of an accessibility god 😂 but something I don’t see very often is examples of the same component with dynamic font size applied based on user preferences. I mean, how this card behaves when the user is using a massive font size?

Keyboard accessibility is always an afterthought, or is mostly considered for specific users, but in fact good UX can be achieved by short key configurations that makes software better for everyone

So far I have focussed on things like screen readers, colour contrast etc - but I need to think bigger than that. Recently I was thinking about how mobile design is mainly for right handed users for example!

I honestly didn't have that as a focus & can't say I've seen many design systems with guidance on it, yet data in many systems is a v. important thing to make accessible

Is there such a thing as a "perfect" set of colours for a design system? I want to tick boxes for #a11y to ensure I have the best contrast and accessible colours, & a wide enough spread to give me a useable pallet. Oh, and it's got to look good, which is ambiguous I know...
