When you have top-level talent playing in your events, you want the best of the best when it comes to production. Along with familiar faces you know and love, we have added some rising stars in the production scene to support our broadcasts. Meet the talent behind #sws26!

The Splat World Series is both bigger and better than last year. - [NEW!] Eastern Qualifier (4 Qualify, 4 Invited) - Western Qualifers (Win @ W Semis or L Quarters to Qualify) - 2 Day Finals on August 7th and 8th (Swiss -> DE) #sws26

To prepare each region for #sws26, we have introduced a new event: the Global Gauntlet. This event is designed to familiarize players with playing internationally. - Open Qualifiers into Finals - 2 editions prior to SWS26 - Fight invitees from AREA CUP

Maybe the West is night owl type of region. For #sws26, we have moved timeslots for our international events to be friendlier to those people. 7am ET -> 11pm ET International events will now take place on Friday evening for North American teams, concluding on the following day.

To implement further depth to strategy between games, STRIKE/SELECT is coming to #sws26: - All stages, zones only - Teams ban 2 stages each before the set - Winner bans 2 stages - Loser picks stage

Gonna share my knowledge after playing with 30+ mid level tryouts Most players are really good at one playstyle only, special spamming, jumping out, sharking etc. But once that one thing they do stops working it's like they are shut down for the rest of the game It's super important that you guys experiment with your playstyles and add more layers to it, players will lose 7 games in a row vs similar level players and no adaptation was made until it was vocalized, there needs to be more agency even if you're wrong on what needs to improve what matters is that you thought about it and improved your critical thinking. Players need to be less demotivated after a loss as well, I cannot tell you how many scrims milky way "loss" only for us to win the entire NA League. Losing is your biggest opportunity to learn and players who can*t understand that will be hardstuck forever. comms will go quiet when that should neverrrr happen. I find it odd that comms go up when you're winning when it should be the opposite way around. This is just general things I noticed let's see if I'll see more in the future
