One thing I notice a lot in crypto is that people collapse everything into one word. CoreDAO and Core. Ethereum and ETH. Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin. Binance and BNB They sound interchangeable, but they’re not the same. One is usually the ecosystem or organization. The other is the protocol, the software, or the asset running inside it. I used to gloss over that distinction too. Until I realized clarity matters when you’re trying to understand how systems actually work. In crypto, names carry structure. And when you miss the structure, you often miss the whole point.
