La croissance atteindrait 4,1 % en 2021, contre -5,1% en 2020, tirée notamment par le rebond de production des hydrocarbures. Elle ne permettrait pas encore un retour au niveau d’activité pré-pandémie, et les soldes budgétaire et extérieur se détérioreraient à moyen terme.

La Note fait le constat d’un répit temporaire pour l’économie, accordé par le rebond des exportations d’hydrocarbures, mais alerte cependant sur une reprise en perte de vitesse dans le segment hors hydrocarbures, ainsi que sur les risques inflationnistes qui se concrétisent.
