@BasuraTheMister The only other game I can think of that uses restrooms as save spots is Dead Rising. I actually used to think your “PP” score was related to your bladder and would run to the nearest toilet whenever it was high back when I was a dumbass kid.

Also, you save your progress by taking bathroom breaks.
