I LIVE Flu kinda beating my ass I won’t lie but I am feeling noticeably better👍🏻 Still sound a bit like squidward from all the congestion but as soon as it clears I’ll be back to our regularly scheduled content

I LIVED💪🏻 but holy sweet mother of mercy that was some of the heaviest snow I’ve ever had to lift…it’s one third ice and slush so it weighs a ton I’m going to shower and take a long nap…sure would be nice if I had 2 soft pillows to lie on😴

Biking after a recent leg day is torturous…I am waddling like a penguin right now…but it feels so damn good, progress is being made All right I’m off to shovel more snow, might have to go shirtless this time cause I’m so warm and sweaty… Wish me luck👍🏻
