🇳🇬 Women in Ozoro, Nigeria were chased through the streets, stripped, and sexually assaulted by groups of men during the annual Alue-Do fertility festival in Delta State. It happened in broad daylight. Bystanders filmed and cheered. Multiple victims have been hospitalized. Police have arrested more than a dozen suspects including a community leader. Investigations are ongoing. Local leaders say the festival was "misinterpreted" and deny rape took place. The videos say otherwise. One victim, a university student: "They swooped on me like bees.
