@theRealFly5@Serenitee_Sam@thegabriel72 U have to choose ur tenant wisely, the laws exist for a reason tho. U don’t want someone to go homeless per say. I literally own property and I’m not against this lol.
@Serenitee_Sam@thegabriel72 Never own residential rental property. Tenants never respect the property and laws are heavily stacked against landlords. And if you want to evict someone not paying the rent, you will be out 3 months of rent and apartment trashed.
When landlords choose to treat legal regulations as optional suggestions, the courtroom usually has a way of reminding them otherwise.
A fascinating and all-too-common dispute recently unfolded when a tenant felt forced to take their landlord to small claims court. The core issue centered around the security deposit—a frequent battleground in the rental world. Under local housing laws, landlords are strictly required to provide either a full return of the deposit or a itemized list of deductions within a rigid legal timeframe, usually between 14 to 30 days depending on the jurisdiction.
In this specific case, the landlord completely ignored the statutory deadline, holding onto the funds without providing any legal justification or communication. When confronted with the explicit text of the law, the landlord doubled down, assuming the tenant would simply walk away rather than deal with the hassle of a legal filing.
That assumption proved to be a costly mistake. The legalities in these situations are remarkably clear-cut: when a landlord fails to provide an itemized list or return the deposit within the state-mandated window, they completely forfeit their right to keep any portion of that money. In many jurisdictions, bad-faith retention of a security deposit even triggers "treble damages," meaning the court can order the landlord to pay double or triple the original deposit amount back to the tenant as a penalty.
The outcome was a total victory for accountability. The judge looked at the timeline, noted the landlord's clear failure to act within the law, and ruled entirely in favor of the tenant. The landlord was ordered to pay back the full security deposit plus court fees.
This happens everywhere, every single day, because too many property owners bank on tenants not knowing their rights. The system only functions when everyone involved actually plays by the rules—and sometimes, it takes a judge's gavel to make sure they do.
@Serenitee_Sam Thank God I live in a state that WE the tenants/ landlord AGREE TO A PRICE & its not ones fucking business. This is ridiculous & an overreach of government! She is happy w tyranny bc she benefited but no one will want to rent dealing with this shit. Then what she gonna do? Shame
There is no such thing as over charging. People pay what they are willing to pay, no one charged you more than you were willing. When a lease is up it’s up. Should be your job to extend it before that date not the owners. Communist nonsense like this results in less rentals of poorer quality.
@Serenitee_Sam The regulations in Portland are insane. Theres no “overcharging” it should be based on the market rate…which is why people are willing to pay.
there is literally no looksmax procedure as goyed out as filler. it’s pure cope and laziness/risk aversion to avoid what actually makes the difference:
- bone structure
- fat pads
- skin tightness
those three are the trifecta of stats you can adjust to improve your appearance. using filler to fix issues caused by these is slapping a bandaid on a gaping wound for a result that:
- is inferior to improving the real thing
- is temporary
- doesn’t go away, but migrates instead gradually ruining your face
when using filler to replicate bone structure:
it’s like those bodybuilders who inject their muscles with oil. filling your tissues with fluid to make yourself gain size in an area where it is desirable is completely missing the point of what that size is supposed to communicate—that being health indicators; in that example it would be hard dense muscular tissue and in the case of filler it would be bone structure. these are tissues which are hard and defined, bone like muscle will not be replicated well by fluid injections and the result will always look artificial. the way it moves when you move your face will look unnatural, it will make you look stiff
when using filler to replicate fat pads:
this is far less egregious as fat pads are a very thin (but important) tissue, some filler under the eyes for example to replace degraded fat pads will look far better than filler used for the other concerns. still, it will migrate with time, faster than facial fat naturally migrates, and eventually more filler will be needed while the previous filler never actually left your face
when using filler to replicate skin tightness:
this is basically like just inflating your face like a balloon to stretch out your skin. good job you have softened your wrinkles but now you look like you’ve been stung by a swarm of beef and are going into anaphylactic shock. and since filler migrates it will just spread out across your face and over time make you bloated and fat destroying your faces contours
—what can you actually do instead—
for each of these issues the best results you can get will come from procedures which mimic and treat the concern as realistically as possible
- for bone structure related concerns, surgical (or non surgical, which is way more difficult) bone remodelling or custom implants will make the biggest positive change to the appearance of your face. this is literally fixing the underlying structure which makes you (in terms of visual identity) who you are. this is like putting on muscle instead of oil in the former analogy. this is the real deal
- for fat pad related concerns, facial fat grafting exists and pretty much works pretty much the same way as injecting filler except it’s the real underlying tissue you were trying to replace
- for skin tightness concerns, non surgical skin tightening via energy based procedures as well as modern superior facelift technology (such as that in asia) are far better solutions
what all of these superior solutions entail however is risk and commitment, which is scary. breaking your bones to remodel your whole face and look fucked up for six months (and not getting to see your “after” until then) so you look better for a lifetime is scary. facial fat injections are expensive and can require followup procedures as the body metabolizes some of the injected tissue. no surgical skin tightening takes time and consistency and is expensive, and a facelift has a negative stigma due to years of shitty hollywood jobs
but all of these procedures are what will ACTUALLY benefit you more in the long run, while filler will give you a temporary boost but slowly ruin you with time in a way that makes you look grotesque. it’s a matter of time preference, are you able to suffer a little now for a permanent improvement, or do you want improvement now to suffer later? it’s your call
@Midfaceincel The only reason urs is worse is cause ur esr and eye spacing is too wide. So it makes everything worse, DiCaprio still has close to 80 percent facial harmony
“a more compact midface is masculine bro!”
Longer mid-face is a more European, noble and aristocratic trait. Squished midfaces like mine are associated with brutes, thugs and dalit street beggars.
Idc anymore, no more cheek biting or squinting back camera picture from 6 feet away unfrauded

@Midfaceincel@RogerNoEar U don’t really have sfs. U just have smaller face shape and bimax won’t really ascend u like that, u need to look at what harmony issues r there double jaw here is useful because u can extend ur middle third with high lefort cut to extend nasal base and increase mfr through cw ro
@Midfaceincel@hyperlambda R u sped ur main issue is canthal tilt in eyes not leveling of eyes its useful will not give u any harmony points ur canthal tilt is not ideal.
@Midfaceincel Only reason u need double is cause ur midface ratio is bad. Get some sort of high lefort cut where ur nasal base is extended downwards to make middle third bigger and downgraft to make midface ratio longer. Also orbital floor why?
@Mycyfans Bro this cheek needs to lokey dissolve her filler and make her fwhr more ideal. Thags lokey the only thing maybe slight reduction in lip filler
Adrien Broner was trying way too hard to IMPRESS Celina Powell, doing the most random things just to keep her attention and make himself look smooth
Cellina Powell: I don't kiss nobody on stream no more
AB: I don't care, whatever you got give it to me
@2ndworldmusic@inceldoyasco500 U need more than bimax to just ascend, im not gonna go into detail but just doing little things adds up and improves ur harmony. U can figure out the rest through forums
@inceldoyasco500 its true after 20k of plastic surgery im still an incel
though he probably would've looked fine if he didnt get the buccal fat removal and just hopped on reta
@SchizoidZeru@inceldoyasco500 One this nigga is clip farming, two years u can ascend u just need to measure ur harmony and focus on improving ur harmony score
@inceldoyasco500 I agree with wheat Waffle's assessment differentiating lifestyle 3/10s vs genetic 3/10s.
If you're a genetic subhuman it's simply over. No surgeries will bring you up to a rank worthy of the price and risks.
