Do you think maybe before realizing how bad things were, Karin might have attempted speaking to the villagers in Czech/Bohemian? I have to think if anyone is a polyglot, it’s her. Some others probably sure, but definitely her.

@BreadedSinner 100%. Magic has been mostly dead in Funger for like 4 centuries by the time Termina takes place,and for someone to even have a chance at properly glimpsing what's going on believing in or knowing definitively that the supernatural exists is a prerequisite
