Closed the largest deal of my career today, almost 4x as big as anything I have ever closed. This was one where we earned our fee via lots of hard work, fighting through adversity to get our clients a great deal. Feeling proud, lucky for the opportunity and humbled.

Working on a 40k+ sqft #Cannabis #RealEstate deal. We found in the document that the landlord’s responsibilities included making sure there are no “pot holes in the parking” which needed to be corrected to “Potholes”. That’s a #Freudian slip if I’ve ever seen one! #brokerProblems
