@GaryDinardo @TheIntelFrog Pretty common knowledge. There was a breakdown of every antenna and “addition” on the VC-25A a few years ago. Pretty impressive

@TheIntelFrog Are the self defense measures common or public knowledge?

Seeing further indications that the VC-25B Bridge will indeed make the trip to Turkey. Interesting decision considering it doesn't have anywhere close to the same self defense/counter measure suite as an actual VC-25. Turkey isn't a high-threat environment, but it's on the edge of one. We will see if other measures are being taken to compensate.

Willow Run is long past its prime. It’s been clear since the late 2000’s that the county and airlines based there besides Kalitta Air and AvFlight want to put money into the existing infrastructure. WCAA already sold off the west side to a private company for non-aeronautical use.

@SenAricNesbitt That money should have gone into Willow Run, and close Selfridge and move both missions there. Make Selfridge a combo civilian airport and lake front community. This is the last huge parcel of lakefront on Lake St Clair and it's being wasted as a part time weekend warrior base.

Funding for Selfridge has just officially PASSED in the Michigan Senate. Look forward to continuing work with President Trump to get our new fighter mission up and running so that we can keep America and Michigan SAFE!

Recap on the Fighters: 14x "ID" A-10C from the 190th FS. Having left Gowen Field ANGB (KBOI) in Idaho for Pease ANGB (KPSM) on Mar 27, they are now enroute to RAF Lakenheath (EGUL) before they will head to the Middle East, likely Muwaffaq Salti AB (OJMS) in Jordan. TABOR71-76 and TABOR81-86 have continued on across the Atlantic, while TABOR77-78 (likely spares) have returned to Bangor Intl (KBGR) as one of the pilots was experiencing a medical / environmental emergency in the cockpit. #ALTRV #CoronetEast #CE032 #CE062

@ArmchairAdml Definitely just editing out the tail before posting. If you look in the third photo, it looks like you can see “SPADS” on the top of the inside of the tail which would be a jet from the 94th FS out of Langley, photo shown was from 2023 Airshow for example

O’Hare shut last night due to wicked storms so DTW took a few of their diversions. 20 total diverts, 14 wide bodies. With limited GSE and gate space, it made for an interesting night. Lufthansa, Emirates, Iberia and Atlas Air all parked on the 21R de-ice pad to wait out the storms.
