Detroit's superintendent is proposing that K-12 schools in Michigan be closed for the rest of the school year, that online learning continue at home and that measures are taken to ensure that high school seniors can graduate this spring. bit.ly/33EnSja

In a city where food security issues are real DPSCD is doing its part to feed students while keeping employees safe. 34K meals provided today. We did not turn away any student or family because they are non-DPSCD. Feeding the city must be a collective effort.

Monday and Thursday door to door delivery will still take place for medically fragile DPSCD students. This plan will allow us to also offer more meals to students and throughout the entire week.
