@Minimap_global I fixed the issue by using the erase tool to remove the song while keeping the voice-over and SFX. The video is monetized again !

I love it when my 7 hour long video that took 1 year to produce gets demonetized because of 1 song. Because of one single song, I'm denied the right to be compensated for my work ! I'm going to use the Erase Song feature to solve this issue. My apologies for the inconvenience.

75% of the script for my SMTIV Solo Whisperless challenge was written during the production of the big Metaphor video. I'll be chipping away at the remaining 25% in the coming days. I'm really excited about this one !

Update: I used Youtube's erase tool to remove the problematic song, and it looks like we are back in the clear. It's not ideal, but this is the least destructive option I could pick. Again, my apologies to you guys for impacting your viewing experience.

@RevivedOziach Yup. What gets flagged is very inconsistent. Like my older videos featuring a lot of those OT2 tracks didn't get dinged, but the newer ones did. Btw in addition to "Fierce Confrontation", the "In Pursuit of X" themes will also get you dinged. Best to play it safe from now on.

@RevivedOziach Thanks man, I appreciate it. That's unfortunately part of the YT experience. I love the Octopath Traveler tracks but yeah... Never using them again. Erasing the song should solve the issue. Hopefully no more claims hit my video after that.

@qbsuperstar03 SMTIV Solo Whisperless on the highest difficulty (Master). The most CBT run you can do for that game. It will be quite the crazy adventure, you'll see eventually !

Well this sucks.
@TeamYouTube my account has been hacked. Luckily they haven't actually done anything to the channel yet, but they've locked out all access to it and I'm worried they'll take it even further the longer I wait. Any help with this would mean the world to me. 🙏
