Introducing ERC-S App. Here are all the features how you will be able to interact with your ERC-S token. (01) Board Proposals One philosophy: SKIN IN THE GAME. Everything around drafting board proposals has to do with having skin in the game. You are only allowed to draft a proposal when you hold over 0.5% in token supply, and you are ready to get 10% of your supply slashed when the proposal gets rejected. Why? Because S-tier startups also have S-tier board members. Good boards don't have time to respond to sloppy proposals. ERC-S is all about protected ownership, but not reinventing the wheel of equity and giving up all control to tokenholders. The editing feature is also something novel. After publishing your change people can propose edits to your proposal & the community can vote on these changes. Also here: Skin in the game. There are two types of edit proposals: Substantial Change and Correction. If your proposal gets corrected (e.g. grammar) you will still get slashed if it gets rejected. If there's a substantial change, you won't. (02) Futarchy Treasury Through a 200bps/200bps volume fee, project accrue revenue from the token. This revenue directly comes out of the pockets of retail investors. Projects can opt in to futarchy managed treasuries. Our philosophy here is to not force it onto founders. The market shall punish them accordingly if they opt out. (03) Distribution/Capital Reallocation In case there is any liquidity event in the company (exit, acquisition, acqui*hire, IPO, merger) the proceeds are sent to the SPV. The monetary flows of this liquidity event are governed by the STARTUP token. The Y/N is governed by the STREET token.
