Very Personal update of why I've been distant: I was prescribed Xanax years ago short term for anxiety but kept taking them. It caused an addiction and one that I knew eventually I'd need to take care. Happy to announce as of today I'm Xanax free. The withdrawal period has been tough but it will be worth it long term. I've also been eating better to help my physical health as well as my mental. Love you guys.
