My suggestion to FIFA , all the games against Argentina should start in reverse order. First have the penalty shootout
If Argentina wins the penalty shootout, other team is saved wasting 120+ added minutes.
Then play the extra time first, make sure some Argentinean player somehow gets the penalty. Now if the other team equalises, only then we have a 90 minute match.
