While it’s quite a controversial topic, we believe that tank controls add to the intensity of the gameplay experience that defines the whole Resident Evil series. We specifically kept them when reviving the original RE trilogy on our platform and adding it to the GOG Preservation Program, as we see them as part of the original experience and a necessary “friction” that ultimately adds to the masterpiece status of these classic titles. @JoshTheMedic 6 was nowhere near as bad as people meme it to be. Leon's campaign was close to classic re4. Ada's was good, and christ and Jake's gave you gears and uncharted gameplay, which were just what everyone wanted clones of at the time. They went back to classic horror anyways.

Miss me with this propaganda. I loved RE9 & I’m an actual veteran with the RE franchise, but ya’ll are not about to gaslight me into saying RE6–the game that was so astronomically bad it single-handedly almost killed the franchise-“is good.” That game is straight cow shit foh 😭

@EndymionYT There's some weird gamers that can't stomach playing single player games for some reason nowadays. I noticed it with one of my younger friends, dude can't sit and play a single player experience, only multiplayer.

Finding out that a vast majority of Resident Evil online discourse comes from people who never played the games themselves but instead watched a playthrough online is hilarious. That must be the modern audience I hear so much about. The ones who don’t buy games they just watch others do it. Play Resident Evil! It’s great!

@acebunnytcg With how we eventually get anti removal for every color in 15, I'm sure we're getting similar for hand rips/adjustments. The game isn't balanced when you're looking at your opponent having 10 cards in hand and 3+ life on the last few developed turns.
