This is gonna be scary if a crash crash comes but I think normalisation is needed. NCR is legit 70% investor demand unlike Mumbai and hence crash can be brutal. We aren’t ready for what’s coming. I hope tier 2 cities also see some normalisation man. Property rates had genuinely skyrocketed post covid.
