@noheeriye They used to be brilliant and are absolutely horrible now. Classic case of good well meaning brand getting funded and then having to meet targets and open stores versus focus on product.

The BJP government’s Transgender Persons Amendment Bill is a brazen attack on the Constitutional rights and identity of transgender people.
This regressive bill:
- strips transgender people of their ability to self identify, violating a Supreme Court judgement
- wipes out the diverse cultural identities of communities across India
- forces trans people to undergo dehumanizing examinations by a medical board
- introduces criminal penalties and surveillance without safeguards
The BJP government hasn’t consulted the trans community and brought a bill which stigmatises rather than protects them.
The Constitution protects every Indian’s right to life, liberty, identity, and dignity. This BJP government is violating our Constitution and destroying India’s rich history of honouring transgender communities in pursuit of its narrow ideas.
The Congress Party unequivocally opposes this Bill.

I can only imagine the nature of debate in the Iranian parliament, political talk shows – or even social media. It seems true that Plato, Hegel, Ibn Sina, Rumi, Ibn Khaldun, then of course, Quran, Hadith & citations from quantum physics – is normal political talk.
I saw a clip of a normal TV segment where a dude in a T-shirt breaks down SAMbush – using heat – to shoot down the so-called stealth F-35. It looked like normal talk.
Shakespeare must be for street vendors and merchants. I don’t want to imagine what happens in university halls.

This one image was made with intent, everything in this image is with the intent of enjoying the moment while also walking away with ONE iconic image that makes you stop and smile.
For reference, here's the photo I made during the recce. @DevikaNarain brought the place to life, and my friend Manish made the photo while I'm busy capturing the event in that crowd - you can even spot me!
Oh, and it's the first kiss. 😁

"Tashreef" comes from "sharf" meaning noble. "Tashreef laein" literally translates to "bring your noble self here". Open a dictionary before you open your mouth on Twitter pls.

Urdu is such a beautiful language like "tashreef layein" literally means "bring your ass here". 🙂
