Here is a question… when someone shows you who they are I mean really are , if it’s not what you want or deserve at some point why do you stay? Not saying anything that you brought up is good or your fault but one main lesson I have learned You can’t change people and you are responsible for your life direction and dreams so if your direction is different than someone else’s it’s your responsibility to got off that path

People will do you wrong, bring negativity, keep lying to your face, hurt you on purpose, keep triggering you. Hold no accountability. Then call you crazy once you go off..

I mix my rice with the chicken and sauce when I put it in my containers. I usually do a week at a time. Also when I cook my rice I usually simmer it on low to make it extra soft and a small amount of liquid left in it so when it cools the moisture sucks into the rice. Took me a little bit to figure it out. Use to have the same problem of it being harder when I reheated it.

I have yet to figure out how to meal prep with rice and the rice taste good reheated. How are yall able to do it?
