In partnership with @CpsLeaders & the @KelloggSchool Center for Nonprofit Management, the CPS Executive Fellowship program prepares principals to successfully transition into leadership roles within our district, blending hands-on experience, personalized coaching, and targeted training using an On-the-Job, Social, and Formal (OSF) learning model to accelerate skill development.
