Higher Velocities are much more sensitive to fatigue. It’s why you see more inconsistencies with unloaded movements than loaded ones. Very easy to see in Jumps. You just stick to the plan and you eventually hit PRs. Don’t get lost in the day to day performance, follow trends!

4x200 handoff idea -use little triangle for go Mark and put outgoing runners 12 steps into the acceleration zone. -Take off hard, but not quite as hard as 4x100 -blind upsweep pass -all runners set up outside of lane receive baton in left switch to right #4x200 #relays
