@Garfieldisdoc Nah fuck that dont listen to these people workout 3 times a week not six three, eat in a calorie deficit fuck that healthy shit for example I had three homemade bec burritos and a protein shake which was 1,000 calories lastly walk 10 - 15 k steps everyday don’t run walk.
