Stress... So I was talking to a dev in Da Nang who was complaining about being stressed, and it got me thinking about an article I read on stress and blue zones. It was basically saying they found blue zones have the least amount of stress and were attributing that to longevity. Honestly I think that's a load of shit. Our entire heritage and bloodline for thousands of years has been under massive amounts of stress, and in today's world it's the easiest we have ever had it. Our DNA is designed to handle stress. It's not the stress that kills you, it's your perception of it. Learn to welcome the stress and embrace it. If you're not stressed, you're not living. 👊
