Roblox has always showed favoritism in their moderation. I have countless examples of roblox taking down my assets while other games get away with worse. Here are just a few examples of assets they moderated from my game. 1st one was for hand placement and 2nd was for romantic content. Meanwhile dress to impress has avatars showing cleavage and making hearts in their thumbnails. I just want roblox to apply their rules fairly and consistently across all games

Imagine this being your legacy: after earning millions of dollars being a glorified middleman, you crash out and throw Roblox under the bus "this platform fucking sucks" all because you aren't getting your 10% transaction skim anymore, vilifying the same platform that handed you all your money and success in the first place. Let Hazem's story be a warning for all developers who think the gravy train will never end. The message from Roblox to him (and all developers) is quite clear to me: Contribute to the platform, or fuck off.

@tallcowyt @Maxxell In my opinion, hazem deserves everything he has achieved over the past few years. His idea was absolutely revolutionary and changed the way Roblox works. It brought monetization and more importantly, social interaction back to the platform something that has been left behind. (3)

@tallcowyt @Maxxell This is literally so wrong. Saying that he earned tens of millions of dollars is crazy!!pls donate was never a cashgrab game and rather it was a social game that gave a lot of kids the opportunity to earn robux without actually spending money. ( 1 )

@tallcowyt @Maxxell Remember how before pls donate existed there was no easy way for many players to get robux and there were plenty of sketchy sites and scams going around social media and basically everywhere. ( 2 )

Roblox is removing cross-game gamepass sales and forcing a $5/month requirement just to donate, with a 1,000 Robux monthly limit. This will kill PLS DONATE. PLS DONATE is built around cross-game gamepass sales, a system that’s free for players and has no limits. Removing it doesn’t just change things, it kills the game completely. I wasn’t made aware of this change before it was announced. No warning, no chance to give my input or feedback before they announce this change. I’ve been developing on this platform since I was 12 and have always loved making games on Roblox, so seeing something this impactful happen overnight without real consideration is genuinely upsetting. This means a lot to me and I’m really sad about this. The solution Roblox gave us is the Transfer API, which really isn’t a solution and still affects us heavily. It’s locked behind a $5/month subscription, capped at 1,000 Robux per month, and under-18 users require parental approval for EVERY SINGLE transaction. That completely changes the experience. If transferring Robux is going to be paid, gamepasses need to coexist. Removing them ruins everything and doesn’t stop bad actors from just purchasing through the site anyway. It doesn’t make sense. I really don’t want to build hatred toward this platform. I love Roblox and still believe in it, and if it truly cares about its developers, I’m sure there are better solutions that keep users safe without killing our game. @Roblox @DavidBaszucki
