@Roblox It’s frustrating when a system designed to protect creators ends up favoring those who copy.
As a UGC creator on Roblox, nothing feels worse than seeing your original work copied and realizing that the system does very little to protect you.
DMCA takedowns are removed with a simple "counter notice". No proof, no review, no accountability.
Unless you take legal action in the US, which most independent creators cannot afford, the stolen item returns like nothing ever happened.
In the end, the original creator, the one who spent hours designing, modeling, and polishing something unique, is the one forced to accept that someone acting in bad faith can reuse their work and make money from it.
That is beyond frustrating.
