@DewonMar @BearsNationCHI I didn’t see an immediate need for another high quality TE, especially if he’s not going to help block. Kmet has no issue catching or blocking. They must be cooking something up to help replace K Allen since he was security blanket in many ways

@XacharyGG @BearsNationCHI Just shows how important Johnson thinks 12 p is. He can get very creative with Loveland’s body and route running. Only two tight ends worth taking in this draft. If you trade down neither one would be there. Do worry about loveland blocking between the tackles.

I don’t get why we draft a TE, when we have so many areas that need depth. Kmet is being paid bargain money until 2027. Are we itching that bad for a second TE? We don’t want to simply trade down and grab more picks in a draft where there’s a lot of depth in “good quality” players and limited “elite quality” players?
