Most people in crypto don’t get rugged by hackers, they get rugged by people they trusted. That “bro trust me” deal? Yeah… that’s the problem. Let me dumb this down for you 🧠👇

Mock Trial is live ⚖️ app.dexcourt.com/disputes/66 Master Yu (Project Owner) paid Raptor (KOL) for promotion. Raptor: - posted once - project dumped -70% in 2 hours - community panicked - he deleted the tweet Now Raptor says: “I already gave exposure.” Master Yu says: “You didn’t complete the deal.” Is he still obligated to deliver? We’re running this mock trial to: - test our judges’ abilities - test the platform in a live environment - show how DexCourt handles real disputes Judges are reviewing. To whoever needs to hear this: Your money is far safer with established and credible teams innovating potential futureproof infrastructure... Than chasing the daily launchpad roulette, with vibe coding children chasing application layer hype.

Most people talk. We put it in writing ⚖️ We onboarded a judge on DexCourt using a signed agreement — clear responsibilities, expectations, and accountability. No assumptions. No confusion. 🧾 View the agreement: app.dexcourt.com/agreements/169 This is how deals should be done. Tip: This is just one use case. You can create agreements for anything — even small deals ⚖️

🧩 Milestones (Game changer) You can split work into milestones. Example: 30% after first delivery 40% after second phase 30% on completion Funds are released step by step, not blindly. ❌ “Why not just use a vesting contract?” Sounds similar… but it’s not. 1️⃣ Vesting doesn’t care about delivery Funds are released after a set time — even if the work was never done. DexCourt only releases funds when: 👉 both parties agree the milestone is complete 2️⃣ Vesting can be changed The creator/owner can: - change the schedule - change the recipient wallet address With DexCourt escrow: 👉 terms are locked 👉 funds can’t be redirected 🔥 Bottom line Vesting = time-based DexCourt Escrow = performance-based If you’re hiring or getting paid for a service Stop trusting blindly. 🔒 Use DexCourt Escrow: app.dexcourt.com/escrow

🔒 Why DexCourt Escrow matters One of the biggest use cases of DexCourt is paying for services safely. Here’s how it works: You: - agree on terms - write everything clearly - lock funds in escrow The other party delivers the work. You approve → funds are released. ⚖️ Why this matters It protects both sides: 👉 Clients - No upfront risk - No getting rugged - No paying for unfinished work 👉 Service providers - No chasing payments - No “I’ll pay later” stories - No clients adding extra work outside the agreement

⚖️ DexCourt FAQ Series: Part 1 🧾 AGREEMENTS ❓ What if I don’t want people knowing my business — can I sign an agreement privately? Answer: Yes, you can. DexCourt allows you to create private agreements, so only you and the other party can see the terms. This lets you: - clearly define expectations - protect your deal - keep everything confidential However, if a dispute arises and you want judges or the community to step in, the agreement will need to go public for proper review. ❓ What if the other party isn’t registered on DexCourt yet? Answer: That’s not a problem. You can still draft the agreement. Just: - include their Telegram handle in the designated field - share the agreement link with them They can then: - sign up - review the agreement - sign it Simple. ❓ What kind of agreements can I create? Answer: Any kind. Even agreements that may seem “small” or “lame” are worth documenting. It’s always safer to put things in writing. Example: “I’ll give you early access to my project if you help me set up a Telegram group with the necessary bots.” Both parties sign. Both parties are accountable. ⚖️ DISPUTES ❓ Who are the judges? Answer: Judges are regular but reputable individuals from different backgrounds. They could be: - project developers - influencers - investors - teachers - real-life lawyers - even farmers They don’t need to know you. Their role is simple: 👉 review evidence 👉 review witness testimony 👉 vote based on facts Initially, judges are selected by the DexCourt team. In the future, the community will be able to nominate and vote on who becomes or remains a judge. ❓ How can I trust they’ll be fair? Answer: Most judges won’t know you personally, so they have no reason to be biased. Even if one judge is biased: - they are not the only decision-maker - the final outcome depends on multiple judges Also: 👉 Judges cannot see each other’s votes until voting ends This prevents: - bias - influence - manipulation ❓ Can DexCourt arrest someone found guilty? Like a scammer? Answer: No. DexCourt does not replace traditional courts. However useful information can be shared with authorities where necessary DexCourt’s main enforcement is reputation. If someone: - loses a case - is proven to be a scammer Their reputation takes a hit. And that matters because: 👉 it becomes public 👉 people can avoid them 👉 it follows them into future deals Reputation is the core currency on DexCourt. ⭐ Closing Note DexCourt isn’t just about disputes. It’s about: - clarity in agreements - fairness in judgment - and accountability that actually sticks

⚖️ Case Study: How to Defend yourself on DexCourt You’re in a private group chat with devs, traders, and KOLs. Out of nowhere, someone calls you and your startup a scam. Why? Because some projects that launched on your platform didn’t perform well. You explain: - You run a launchpad - You don’t control how projects perform - You ensure projects don’t rug - You never promised guaranteed returns But that doesn’t matter to him. He keeps saying: - “Your platform is a scam” - “You sold NFTs and people lost money” Some people in the group start believing him. Others stay quiet. Your reputation is taking a hit. Instead of arguing… Take it to court. 👉 Open a dispute: app.dexcourt.com/disputes 👉 Submit your evidence 👉 Add witnesses (investors, users, team members) Now it’s structured. The defendant gets 24 hours to respond: - Submit counter-evidence - Prove you’re actually running a scam - Add witnesses Then judges step in. They review: - your launchpad terms - your NFT offering - project outcomes - all evidence from both sides Then they give a verdict based on facts. If you win: - Your name is cleared - The accusation is publicly disproven If you lose: - Your reputation takes a hit And here’s what makes it powerful: 👉 The case stays public 👉 Anyone can verify the truth later No more endless arguments in group chats. Prove it. ⚖️ app.dexcourt.com

⚖️ DexCourt Token Update Hey courtroom spectators, We want to address the current status of the $LAW token deployed on Base. Due to extremely low liquidity from the Clanker V4 pool and incorrect flags from token scanners, we’ve decided to discontinue support for the current token deployment. While tokens launched via Clanker are safe, the combination of: - Unsustainable liquidity - Misleading “malicious” contract flags creates unnecessary friction for new users and investors. 🔄 What Happens Next? We are planning a clean relaunch, likely using a more traditional liquidity setup on Uniswap to ensure: - stronger liquidity - better transparency - smoother onboarding 🧠 What This Means for DexCourt DexCourt as a platform is not affected. Everything remains live and functional: - Agreements can still be created - Disputes can still be raised - Judges can still review and rule on cases The only temporary change: 👉 Community voting is paused 👉 Only judges will handle dispute decisions for now ⚖️ Become a Judge If you believe you can: - review evidence fairly - make unbiased decisions - contribute to the system You can apply to become a judge. Create a profile on DexCourt and reach out to us. 🙏 Final Note This decision is about doing things properly, not rushing. We’re focused on: - building real usage - ensuring long-term sustainability - creating a system people can trust Thank you for sticking with us ⚖️
