@RhyshRai Good goalkeeper (Haziq), back 3 of Rodney Celvin, Okwuosa (giant) and Tanigawa (outstanding) - Moses Atede and Shitembi just in front of them. Monstrously good and organised.

Like me, @Dez63 is ⚽️ daft. he grew up in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 supporting his local team. When he moved away he followed his 'new' local team, whatever level they were That's not always possible in 🇲🇾 where grassroots football exists in the shadows jakartacasual.blogspot.com/2026/04/a-lame…

You're being cheered on and watched from afar. Kuala Lumpur is a little too far to commute, but I'm thrilled to bits about the battle my hometown club is putting up in the NPL Premier League. To stay up would be a phenomenal achievement.

Only 2 home games left to play in our 25/26 NPL campaign, starting this Saturday against @ilkestontown_fc. This game is absolutely huge and we NEED your support Cables fans! Tell your mates. Tell your neighbours. Tell your Mum!

This legendary sequence from the 1978 BBC series Connections is often remembered as the "greatest shot in television history," it actually shows the launch of the Voyager 2 space probe atop a Titan IIIE rocket.

I grew up hating Bob Paisley's Liverpool. Cos they won everything. Cos of the media sycophants. Cos of ref bias. Stopped watching them decades ago Now I watch them and they do this to me. Useless scouse bastards...

KL City 2-3 Selangor: Really good MSL contest at Cheras. Better team won, but KL pushed them all the way. Battle for P2 slipping out of KL's grasp. Congratulations JDT for 12-in-a-row

What a sensational result for Johor Darul Ta'zim. Progress to the Finals (wherever/whenever they may be) is the first goal of an expensive, controversial, but ultimately successful football experiment. I hope it is seen by (nearly) everyone as great for Malaysian football.

Selangor vs Imigresen in Malaysia Super League. 2nd place and (we hope) AFC Champions League qualification on the line. And welcome back to the noisy Ultras. You were missed.

Really good game. KL on top but Sam Somerville was excellent in goalmas Melaka stayed in the game despite having a couple of key injuries; Paulo Josue had 3 'goals' disallowed. One looked very harsh ! ... Johor's extraordinary depth and quality aside, this is a competitive league
Dez Corkhill@Dez63

Amidst all the controversy and debate surrounding the 'Heritage Seven', a reminder that the Malaysia Super League is still ongoing. Good game between KL and Melaka. KL lead, but Melaka unrecognisable (in a good way) from earlier in the season.

and this had a thrilling end ... Melaka equalised late on through Park Kang-il; only for Safawi Rasid to score a 94th minute winner for KL City. Selangor next for KL City. Melaka, though, looked more than capable. Kelantan for them next.
