Great summary Bruce, I’m no lawyer, Surely when convicted of possession usage is implied, what’s happening now seems like double dipping, so really he’s already done 5 1/2 years for what he’s pled guilty 5 1/2 yrs ago and again now. Based on precedent of what others charged with the same charge he should be getting no further penalty. I’m not in anyway condoning the offence but i can’t understand how he essentially gets charged/convicted of the same offence twice, seems unjust.
