@Jake_FutTrading Said this before..evos were built for casuals. To keep them within elite player level power curve. Can't get 10+ wins? Can't get enough fodder for icon pack? Craft an evo. Buy a store pack. They effectively removed skill gap.

@MarkM040 @NepentheZ People really aren't playing the game though. Viewership for streamers and YouTubers have plummeted. But in essence you're right, they dont care for the nostalgia of our youth or satisfaction. The ones in the store are the measure of Ea's success for them. Just a shame really.

I mean no disrespect to Donk or people who share this opinion, but this would be a huge mistake from EA imo. As a community, when something new comes we prefer to revert backwards if we don't like it / it changes the structure of the game, but even before evo's - promos were too often and completely dead. By limiting evo's we're not going to magically have a thriving market again and find ourselves being excited to pack a mid tier eredivisie TOTS. Pandora's Box has already been opened via evos, and EA now have to deal with the consequences of people having their eyes opened to the fact that promo's are useless. In my opinion, EA should lean even MORE into evo's, especially with dynamic images. I think EA's responsibility is to re-work the core loop of the game and the way they handle promos rather than trying to close off evo's and force people to the store again to have fun.
