First official Christmas holiday bottle: 1990 Cos D'Estournel from Saint-Estephe. An opulent wine with loads of fruit, herb and spice. Soft, round and enchanting. An exceptional Bordeaux vintage that continues to perform.

Spicy meatballs in a rich, slow-cooked tomato sauce, served over spaghetti and paired with Montefili 2017.
