I often notice that we - ordinary people - struggle to connect because we interact with mental caricatures we create, not the actual person. Actual social fluency starts when we see others for what they are: fellow humans with the same fears, flaws, and imperfections as us.

@stijnnoorman Well said. I love creating my own designs. Contributing to other's designs feels restrictive and boring, never liked asking for permission either.

Employment is a game you play. Entrepreneurship is a game you design.

@Dhaniel_Timothy Good copy tells you what something is. Great copy helps you feel what it’s like to use it. It makes the product real in your mind before you even try it.

Copywriting tip: Use action words instead of describing words. Instead of saying: “Our new blender is powerful, fast, and easy to use.” Say: “Our blender crushes ice, blends fruits in seconds, and cleans up quickly.” Did that make sense?
