Despite 1000+ years of invasions, conquests & attempts to erase it, Sanatana Dharma breathes on - because it was never invented by man. It is the eternal observation of existence itself. From Vedic rishis to modern seekers, its wisdom remains ever-relevant. Sanatana truly eternal. 🌿🔥🪷

Exactly Dowry is straight-up extortion dressed as "tradition", poor parents taking loans to marry off their daughters is pure heartbreak. At the same time, weaponised alimony is crushing good men. Marriage should be a partnership, not a financial trap for either side. True equality is fair rules for both. ❤️

In today’s society, people often blame women for divorces and alimony demands after marriage. But what about families who demand dowry and cars before marriage? There are many poor parents who take loans just to marry off their daughters because they can’t afford such demands. The government should bring a strict policy: no dowry and no unnecessary alimony. Alimony should only be given in cases involving children, and only enough to cover basic living and education expenses not unrealistic amounts beyond a person’s income. A fair system is needed for both men and women.

You may read 100s of books on spirituality, listen to every podcast on spirituality, attend retreats/Satsangs- all of this is borrowed wisdom, not lived truth. None of this will open your heart or awaken your soul- only lived experience can do that. You have to walk the path.

Many men sit in their cars for long minutes before entering their own homes. Not because they love the silence of the parking lot, but because sometimes the car feels more peaceful than the house itself. A steering wheel becomes a place to breathe. A parked car becomes a temporary shelter from arguments, pressure, disrespect, and emotional exhaustion. People often ask why men become distant. Sometimes the answer is simple: A man can fight the world outside, but slowly breaks when there is no peace waiting for him inside his own home.

The car isn’t just parked… It’s the only place where we can still exhale without being criticised for it. We fight battles all day, then come home and fight for peace too.💔 Being the calm he doesn’t have to earn is the greatest gift his family can give him. ❤️ Every man reading this felt that..🙌🏻

💔 As a guy, it truly hurts to read this. Women should walk freely in this world without carrying fear as their constant companion. Our society feels incomplete when half of us live with guarded hearts while the other half remains silent. True strength isn't in power it's in creating spaces where every sister, mother, and daughter feels safe and respected. Brothers, let's ask ourselves, Are we raising our voices when we see wrong? Are we teaching our sons kindness over control? We have to make sure that in this world where safety is a shared responsibility, not a daily struggle.🙌🏻

I’ve been going to this gym for 1.5 years. pay bi-annually. (8k for 6 months) i have my AirPods in every single time, i don’t talk to anyone, i’m just there to workout. today was 7am. maybe 15-18 men in the gym, 2 women including me. i was the only one doing weight training. i don’t get intimidated by that anymore- took time, but i got there. as long as nobody stares, i’m fine. except today a handful of them just. wouldn’t. stop. staring. not a glance. not a look. staring. i ignored it. kept going. but at some point it just gets inside your head and ruins everything and i ended up doing 2 back exercises and 20 mins treadmill and left. that was my workout today because of grown men who apparently had nothing else to look at. there’s also this general trainer. he’s tried to correct my form maybe 2-3 times in the span of a week. i never asked. i have AirPods in. i don’t respond, ignored it. today he was giving PT to someone on the cable machine. he came to ask if they could alternate. i nodded — AirPods still in, didn’t say a word. my turn comes, and he tries to correct my form. again. nobody asked. again. i left. in the parking lot i saw an older trainer i’ve known since i joined. told him it’s uncomfortable, the gym needs a female general trainer. he smiled and said “haan mei baat karunga” — the way you smile when someone’s telling you something that isn’t really your problem. and then, two guys from inside were leaving on their bikes. one of them had been staring the entire time. still staring. i was on a call. i looked directly at him and waited for him to stop. he didn’t. i asked him what are you looking at. he just left. i’m not going back. my membership runs till may end and i genuinely do not care. could i file a complaint? sure. would it do anything? no. you cannot file a complaint against a mentality. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE SAY UPGRADE YOUR GYM IF YOU CAN. THE EQUIPMENT IS THE SAME EVERYWHERE. THE CROWD ISN’T.

The worst mistake I made in my early years was this quiet belief that those scoring higher than me were somehow wiser, sharper, better. Time has a way of correcting such illusions. Marks measure memory, discipline, sometimes even luck but never the full depth of a mind. Intelligence runs deeper, grows differently, and reveals itself long after report cards are forgotten. What I once mistook for truth was only a narrow lens. Real understanding took years to arrive.

🕉️ Our ancient Vedic scriptures call Jyotisha - Vedic Astrology as the “Eye of the Veda,” one of the six sacred Vedangas that guide Sanatana Dharma. From the times of the Vedas, Ramayana & Mahabharata, rishis used cosmic alignments to decode karma, time rituals perfectly & walk the path of Dharma with clarity. While not mandatory for every soul, for those earnestly seeking Mukti, Vedic Astrology becomes a powerful lantern. It reveals your prarabdha karma, highlights hidden obstacles, and shows precise upayas, mantras, remedies, charity & more to dissolve bonds and speed up the journey toward liberation. Imagine reading your birth chart and suddenly understanding exactly which karmic patterns are holding you back from Moksha… and how to transcend them. The stars aren’t just predicting your future they’re showing you the way home. 🌌

Even with everything material, the mind needs a stronger foundation. Bhagavad Gita warns: 'For one who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed, it is the worst enemy.' (6.5-6) We need a #PsychologicalEcosystem like everything must be rooted in Sanatana wisdom: meditation, equanimity & ethical resilience from Yoga & Vedanta. Building mental strength with dharma for today’s uncertain world Makes a lasting success.🙏 #BhagavadGita #SanatanaDharma

In a Shocking development, Techie Couple ,committed suicide in Bengaluru. They had everything, but a Job loss related Anxiety , leading to husband's suicide & in no time, wife committing suicide , unable to bear the sudden loss. We need to have a #Psychological ecosystem, just like normal hospitals, to deal with it. When our mindset changes to treating psychological issues is like physical illness , things will change.

@sangaldoo Some of the brightest minds shine from the shadows polished not by privilege, but by the very storms life threw at them. Success is often just circumstance wearing a suit. Their wisdom runs deeper because the world was never kind to them.✨

Met someone today and realized you just can’t disregard a person just because they didn’t have a successful career. So many sharp, knowledgeable people nowhere close to their potential. Not because of lack of ability. But because life wasn’t kind to them.

🕉️ Ever wondered how a prince who renounced everything could ignite a spiritual revolution still felt 2,600 years later? On this Mahavir Jayanti, bow to Bhagwan Mahavira the fearless Tirthankara who embodied Sanatana Dharma’s eternal call for Moksha. Through 12+ years of intense tapasya and his Five Great Vows, he didn’t just preach Ahimsa… he lived the Vedic-Upanishadic truth that real victory is conquering the violence, ego & attachments within. His gift to Bharat? 🇮🇳 A radiant bridge between Shramaṇa discipline and ancient Vedic wisdom proving spirituality isn’t about rituals alone, but universal compassion, ethical living, and awakening the Atman. May Lord Mahavira’s light spark that inner freedom in all of us. 🙏✨ #MahavirJayanti #SanatanaDharma #Ahimsa #SpiritualAwakening

A. Rishi Kumar, a final-year student of Tamil Nadu National Law University (TNNLU), did not bow to pressure from the University to delete the article, titled “The Supreme Court of India has no Spine”. Here he criticised the Supreme Court’s ban on a Class 8 NCERT civics textbook and its decision to blacklist its authors for their mention of judicial corruption. He wrote "The Court has decided, in its grand old wisdom, that eighth graders, who are doing algebra and learning refractions, are simply too dumb to handle a basic civics chapter that spends fourteen pages praising the judiciary and two paragraphs acknowledging its flaws." My respect to Rishi. You are awesome! Anyone want to read the article, ask me in comments - I shall provide you the link.

A country sitting under heavy sunlight all year and still Vitamin D deficient. That is not genetics, that is lifestyle collapse. Office boxes, AC boxes, phone screens, zero sunlight and vegetarian diets with zero B12. We built a civilization that worships the sun and then spends the entire day hiding from it.
