🧬 Excited to share our new paper in J. Med. Chem.! We report novel dimeric capsid assembly modulators (D-CAMs) as a unique class of highly potent anti-HBV agents, with improved potency and distinct effects on capsid morphology. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac… @ACSPublications

Using structure-based similarity of SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro, we identified other viral proteases with shared features. As predicted, NIP-22c and CIP-1 showed broad-spectrum antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2, norovirus, enterovirus & rhinovirus. doi.org/10.1016/j.anti…
