@WelshGovernment Hows track and trace going?? Hows the vaccine roll out going?? Both are a disgrace. People are dying and the best you can do is tell people to stay indoors. Very very poor and you had months to sort both out. Incompetent.

While Wales is in alert level 4, we shouldn't be driving anywhere to go on walks. Why not explore your local area alone, with your household, or support bubble? You'll be helping to protect our NHS, and who knows, you might even find some hidden gems 💎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

The new strain is adding a dangerous dimension to the pandemic. Wherever people come together, the new highly contagious strain spreads. With vaccination in Wales gathering momentum and great news of a 3rd vaccine, for now we must stay home to reduce the pressure on our NHS.

Coronavirus continues to spread across Wales. And there's a new, more infectious strain spreading more quickly. Moving to alert level 4 will help to slow the spread of the virus and save lives. It is another challenge we must overcome. But one we will overcome together.

Please don’t rush to the shops tonight. As we move to alert level four in Wales most shops must close but supermarkets will remain open, and click and collect will be available. The best gift we can give our loved ones this year is a coronavirus-free Christmas.

@fmwales Maybe if you'd given people 24 hours instead of 6 it might have stopped the mass panic you've created. Get out of government – we are an island with a crazy expensive track and trace system that after 9 months doesn't work. Thats shameful and we are paying for your incompetence

@fmwales REALLY!! My kids as many others dont have any christmas presents and are already traumatised by Covid. They are 6 and 8. We are now telling them they cant leave the house! Mental welfare isnt being considered oh and lots of people have lost their jobs FFS
