Game one of the ACC Tournament, which started at 9:00 am, has 30 runs and is still ongoing. The second game of the day was scheduled for 1:00 p.m. The fourth and final game was scheduled for 9:00 p.m.

@DiamondFSU We’ll see what happens. It seems like a relatively weak year because off the top of my head I’d say we shouldn’t be top 8, but I’d have a hard time finding 8 more deserving teams

D1 Baseball hasn’t officially posted their latest Field of 64 projection, but I watched the Nerdcast they did last night, and they had FSU as the 11 seed. FSU likely needs 2 wins in Charlotte + poor tournament performances from A&M, UF, and So. Miss for a shot at a top-8 seed

@waddlehouse17 That is 100% where I stand as well. I also think of the Mendes start vs GT, and the loss vs Auburn: we had early leads in both of those, but our offense went cold and our bullpen's couldn't hold the lead

@DiamondFSU I honestly don’t even care about any of those losses, it’s Stanford that does it for me. I don’t even think anyone would be mad if we lost 2/3, everyone knows how it is going over there. But getting swept is unacceptable & leaves zero room for complaining if we get left out

@fridaystarters @DaronVaught reactions to ACC awards? My immediate reaction is that John Abraham being 3rd-team All-ACC is a huge snub. But would love to hear y'alls thoughts

@waddlehouse17 That's a respectable take. I also agree that FSU being 7 in RPI and 8 in DSR should count for something. However, I think it's hard to overcome the fact that we lost games to Auburn and Nebraska, and were swept by GT and UF

@DiamondFSU It’s kind of hard to take anything D1Baseball says about FSU seriously at this point. I respect them as a company but they’ve been way off on FSU the entire season compared to every other poll and every advanced metric like RPI
