@PaulBlanchard77 @LibertyCappy I'll look around. I've only been to one local butcher but he seemed pricier than the grocery stores. There's a butcher at a farmer's market near us, so I'll check there tok.

Then go find a local, actual rancher or beef producer and buy your beef directly from them. In many cases, the price is right in line with the grocery store. It takes a little more effort, but you know where it came from, and it is very likely a lot healthier. Reality, you don't need to buy a whole cow!

Yes. We raise and butcher our own cows. You should find farmers to buy a full or half cow of beef from. Extremely worth it.

@StefanMolyneux I watch Law&Crime on YT, and EVERY WEEK there is another female teacher getting caught grooming and molesting some young boy. It's wild. Women like to pretend they're harmless. Often they're the worst type of predator.

When I was a kid, I remember seeing young women screaming and fainting over The Beatles, and thinking that they were hysterical and insane. But at least the The Beatles weren't LITTLE CHILDREN.

@JamesEggebeen @TheJoeySwoll I prefer freeweigets too. But if you're ever having trouble feeling the target muscle, I suggest you try the machine variant of the exercise at least once. That's helped me a few times.

@DiamondFitVB @TheJoeySwoll I do exclusively free weights. The free weight section seems to be more friendly than the machines. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like I get a much better workout with the dumbells than the machines.

Excuse my language but where the F*CK should he be? He’s LITERALLY in the one place that will help him lose the weight and better himself! It’s because of assh*les like YOU that overweight people are afraid to even step foot in the gym.

@JamesEggebeen @TheJoeySwoll Hell yeah, dude. I started at 245. I'm 200 now, and I've had a couple people at the gym tell me they're impressed by my progress. The gym isn't as scary as it seems when you first start. At least not most gyms.

@TheJoeySwoll I started going to the gym at 360 lbs. Got some side eye looks. Six months later at 290, I get the head nod from the regulars. I see the slight look of fear and anxiety on the faces of some of the larger new folks and nod and smile. They don't know I used to be one of them.

@itsjenrbitches @TheJoeySwoll That's ridiculous. I see overweight people at my gym every day. I'm one of them. And I used to be more overweight. And I've actually had other gym members stop me and tell me that they're impressed by my progress. I hope you give gym culture another chance.
