@DiamondNFL @luckyplaid I don’t think there should be a lottery until everyone receives an equal distribution…. From AI:
Guaranteed additional packs per completed set = remaining packs ÷ completed sets, rounded down.
Lottery packs = the remainder
Obvi I couldn’t write this formula….

I will try to confirm as soon as I can, but that is my expectation; if it ends at 1.77 you will earn at minimum the whole number, 1, and the .77 will be split up through the draw for the extra packs.
Example: Bag Work has 1,149 total packs, 415 completed and they all already got a single pack; everyone would get one more pack (415) and the 319 leftover packs will be drawn to those 415 that completed the set challenge.
So, 319 collectors could get 3 total (1+2 extra) total packs for the set challenge, and 96 would receive 2 total (1+1 extra).

@DiamondNFL @secondary_chow @NBATopShot If it’s 1.77 for example are they going to send everyone at least one pack then do the raffle / random drawing for the rest ?

According to this, I'm currently looking at getting 16 extra rewards packs for locking all of the @NBATopShot common sets (except Rookie Debut). That's not even including the extra packs for the Base Set.
