TOWNS - BEST AIRDROP IN 2025 OR ANOTHER SCAM? Let's check it out. First I would like to share my results: > Costs: about 500-600$ > about 850,000 Beaver Points > 31400 $TOWNS > Expected profit: 1500-2500$ including costs. To be frank, I expected more - at least 1:10 conversion and about 85k $TOWNS tokens. But the reality was different: the ratio came out to about 1:27, which was a bit disappointing. What was even more surprising was the comparison with others. I've seen people with millions of points with results either less than mine or only slightly more. Examples: > 17M Beaver Points - 40k $TOWNS (2000% difference in Points, 27% difference in allocation) > 500k Beaver Points - 4345 $TOWNS (70% difference in Points, 722% difference in allocation) > 333k Beaver Points - 9634 $TOWNS (255% difference in Points, 325% difference in allocation). Accordingly, it is impossible to make an accurate conclusion about what criteria the team used in forming allocations, but we can say for sure that small accounts won over the whales. The only ones who definitely won are the TOWN1 participants from @townsapp, who simply joined this Town with a limit of 1000 people, paid only $9, and received 35,000+ $TOWNS tokens without any additional activity. I would like to verify the town members because I have a thought that the team members used this Town to farm airdrop themselves. My thoughts: This airdrop doesn't seem quite fair. I assumed that Towns would penalize inactive farmers who were just farming points, and exclude them from the airdrop. But it seems that the allocation system favors only those who joined limited Towns like TOWN1. This is a bit demotivating for those who have invested time and money in the activity. And questions about distribution transparency remain. 📢You should also head over to @MaykanInvest to see the important post about the token contract only having 3% tokens stitched into it instead of the 10% allocated to airdrop, sounds like the start of a very interesting story. Towns is positioning itself as a decentralized messenger on Base, with backing from a16z and Coinbase Ventures, which sounds promising. Already confirmed listings on Binance, Bybit, Bitget, MEXC, and expect at least one more Coinbase. After contributing to @townsapp for over a year, I received 14,596 $TOWNS for 3.2M Beaver Points - which is less than what a single early Town membership received. Here’s what I actually did during that time: 1. I created a YouTube video that helped kick off the CIS hype wave. It included full project analysis on day 1 - when Beaver Points had just launched. I even held the #1 rank on Beaver Points for a long time before Snapshot 1. And for all of that, I got 14.5k $TOWNS, currently priced at ~$0.05 pre-market. That’s less than what a random wallet gets for just entering one early Town (~40k $TOWNS). Honestly, I don’t get it. I contributed way more than that - way f*cking more. I understand the whole schizotheory vs. farmers debate, but the truth is: All my points were earned organically and early, just by genuinely promoting Towns and helping people get involved.
