Professional curiosity clicked in and I pictured the whole potential scene with ambient listening & the idea of manually typing up ancient history. I'm excited for potential of AI to free up health and social care staff from paperwork and give them more time for people work.

At Antrim A&E for first time there as service user. My daughter suspected lyme disease from lithuanian forest stay. Never in all my past A&E experiences at other locations have I had the joy of a tea trolley coming with supper in the wee small hours. I ❤️ @NHSCTrust

Hearing about encompass function to record note of visit. Imagine potential to reduce bureaucracy in social work? Scary to use AI but arguably more accurate than your scrappy notes and memory. Plus can totally focus on the conversation rather than recording.#encompassni
