In Nigeria, they don’t care. In fact, virtually all their policies make things worse for the common man. I was watching a clip today where a man said he bought 3 beverage items for N73,000+ and I screamed. Last time I visited in 2016, those things were total N15k tops! Nigeria doesn’t produce anything, and we’re not making any use of our vast resources. Let’s be honest abeg, the govt is the number 1 enemy of the citizenry.

The country exacerbates it. I know and understand the urge to exonerate the current govt, but trust me they aren’t helping issues. I’ve lived abroad for more than a decade now and even when things toughen up, there are policy adjustments the govt undertakes to cushion the effect and prevent recurrences. 1/2
