@PardesSeleh Several years ago I visited Australia. I saw children wearing floppy hats outside. I was told by a citizen that due to an opening in the ozone layer, the dangerous rays were hitting Australia directly and the children are required to wear sunscreen as well. He blamed the U.S.

One thing i have yet to see anyone discuss on here, is why does Australia have such high cancer rates compared to the rest of the world? What are they doing differently?

Well…Auburn pulled out all the stops for my boy today. Y’all know I’m all Dawg but I have to give credit where it’s due! He’s decided to enroll and planning to major in electrical engineering and minor in music. AU really is the right fit for him. They gave him a full academic scholarship along with other scholarships so that certainly helps! 🙌🏼 Still can’t say “War Eagle” but we’re so proud of him and excited for him to experience life on the Plains!

@_JHokanson When I was coaching, I instilled in my players to thank the official when he handed them the ball to take it in from out of bounds. Also, we patted the official on the rear if he called a foul or made a bad or questionable call. Officials are human and remember the respect shown

@mikegittens I’m usually sympathetic with officials for doing a thankless job; however, last night was horrific and incompetent. One blown call after another that went against both teams. The players and coaches deserve better.

My son left for College yesterday. I’m on my way out there now. I am not ok. This is the hardest thing that I have ever done. There’s a million emotions running through my mind just hoping I did enough as a dad to prepare him. I think that’s just human. I already miss the daily stuff we take for granted , getting him up for school, hanging in our garage playing video games , making him breakfast, etc. Be there for your little ones, soak up every moment you have , never say no and enjoy because it goes way too fast!
