It is not the first time I’ve been ripped off by a #rentalcar company, but I was hoping that @OKMobilityGroup was different. Unfortunately they are not. Rented a cheap Fiat 500 for a week to find out that they’ve deducted 360€ for a door lock that I didn’t use (remote key)

@OKMobilityGroup I’d like to submit a complaint. I was surprised to find a ‘broken lock’ on my return expertise. The doors of this car open and close by remote key. So the lock was never used. Furthermore, no expertise was made upon reception of the car. I’m disappointed.
